Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: scoring criteria of the European Heart Association The Healthy Group: no congenital heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, heart valve disease, arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases or high-risk factors confirmed by medical history, physical examination, echocardiography, etc. High-risk group: risk factors with diastolic heart failure in high-risk groups such as high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, etc. But at the same time on the basis of heart failure guidelines can be ruled out the crowd of diastolic heart failure diagnosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. patients with valvular disease, pericardial disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and restrictive cardiomyopathy; II. The patients with acute heart failure; III. Installed pacemakers, heart bypass and heart stent patients; IV. The patients with malignant arrhythmia impact study; V. pregnancy, nursing mothers and children; VI. Patients with malignant tumors; VII. Systemic diseases such as kidney disease or autoimmunity; VIII. Patients unable to cooperate with the study for other reasons.
