Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke established in the 2019 Diagnosis Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, and be diagnosed with stroke through CT or MRI examination, with complete medical records; 2. Age = 18 years old, disease duration = 1 month; 3. Wada drinking water test, the test level is determined through initial screening, which is 3-5 levels; 4. MMSE score = 21 points; 5. The patient's condition is stable and they can cooperate to complete the treatment; 6. Patients and their families voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concomitant intracranial hemorrhage and other cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with swallowing disorders caused by other neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, etc; 3. Patients with severe respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, and endocrine system diseases; 4. Patients with a history of allergies to dressings in the past; 5. Patients with mental disorders; 6. Patients who have implanted a pacemaker.
