60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary tumor, gastric or colorectal cancer confirmed by histopathology; 2.Radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer or radical resection for colorectal cancer; 3. without preoperative chemoradiotherapy; 4.Age above 60 years old and below 90 years old; 5.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-III. 6. no infectious diseases affecting lymphocytes and Alb; 7. No immune diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with language impairment dementia coma deafness blindness and other symptoms who were unable to cooperate with the study; 2: comorbid psychotic o neurological diseases; 3: Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4: blood diseases; 5: death or loss of follow-up within 7 days after operation.
