18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited. (2) Can communicate normally and complete questionnaires independently (HAD scale, CAM scale, MMSE scale); (3) Debridement of lower limbs under elective subarachnoid anesthesia; (4) ASA is graded at grade I-III; (5) BMI 18-30 kg/m2; (6) The patient's informed consent; (7) Patients with open injury such as open fracture, lower limb muscle destruction injury, lower limb separation injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poorly controlled diabetes, or autoimmune disease (2) Preoperative MMSE score was less than 24 points; (3) There are neurological, psychiatric or clinically significant neurovascular diseases in the past medical history (4) Recent or ongoing anti-inflammatory drug treatment; (5) Severe organ failure (such as heart, kidney or liver) (6) Coagulation disorders (7) Alcohol or drug abuse (8) Fever (body temperature > 38?) (9) Sepsis, sepsis
