Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ADs group: 1. Age =18 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Should be met at least one ADs disease diagnosis (MS, CIS, NMOSD, MOGAD, AE, MG, SLE, SS, SSc, AS, RA, PS, AIH, GD, HT, CD, T1D); 3. Sign informed consent. Healthy control: 1. Age and sex ratio were matched with the ADs group; 2. Healthy population with chest CT sequence and baseline information; 3. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ADs group: 1. Patients with thymoma, thymic hyperplasia, thymectomy or malignant tumors; 2. Patients without thymus or chest CT. Healthy control: 1. History of autoimmune diseases, thymoma, thymic hyperplasia, malignant tumors, immunodeficiency, or comorbidity with serious complications; 2. Without incomplete baseline information or chest CT.
