Interventions

Chinese Medicine Tea Drinks Group:The herbal tea drink was used for 30 consecutive days of intervention
1 sachet per day in the morning and 1 sachet in the afternoon, taken frequently and warmly, with regular work and rest, normal diet, work and life.
Hydrogen-rich water + Probiotics group:Adopt probiotics combined with hydrogen-rich water, take 10g of probiotics each time, twice a day, drink 1.5-2L of hydrogen-rich water per day, regular work and
Herbal Tea Drink + Hydrogen Rich Water + Probiotics Set:In the intervention group, on the basis of drinking probiotic and hydrogen-rich water, combined with Chinese medicine tea drink 1 packet in the
blank control group:No intervention, eat, work and live normally.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Natural population (1) Voluntarily participate in the research trial and sign the informed consent form; (2) Age 18-70 years old; 2. Criteria for simple obese population (1) Body mass index (BMI) 28kg/m²=BMI<37.5 kg/m²; (2) No combination of other psychiatric and metabolic diseases. 3. Criteria for depressed people (1) Meet the criteria for depressive state; (2) HAMD scale score 7-17; (3) Body mass index and blood glucose level are not limited. 4. Criteria for people with abnormal blood sugar (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of abnormal blood sugar; (2) Unlimited body mass index and no combination of other psychiatric and psychological diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combination of other serious primary diseases (serious cardiopulmonary, hepatic, renal and other vital organ insufficiency, serious cerebrovascular disease, serious bone and joint diseases such as fractures, blood system diseases such as coagulation disorders, other diseases that affect diet and exercise, etc.); (2) Combination of other infectious diseases; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and women who plan to become pregnant; (4) Those who are unable to communicate normally; (5) Participating in other clinical trials; (6) In the opinion of the investigator, participation in the study is not appropriate.
