Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Diabetic patients who meet the World Health Organization (WHIO) 1999 diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes. b. Age 18-70 years; c. Good compliance; d. If other drugs are taken orally at the same time, it is recommended that the medication be maintained stable and not changed arbitrarily during the clinical period; e. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. For autoimmune diseases: b. Severe infection, surgery, trauma, malnutrition: c. Abnormal thyroid function: d. Ketoacidosis DKA or hyperosmolar non-ketotic comas with acute complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus; e. People with cognitive disabilities: g. Pregnant and lactating persons.
