Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (all inclusion criteria were met) : 1) sign informed consent before enrollment and be able to complete the study in accordance with the requirements of the study protocol. 2) Liver resection in adult patients with HBV infection (some early liver cancer, liver atrophy caused by intrahepatic bile duct stones, hemangioma, and liver metastases) 3) or liver biopsy (hepatitis, clear placeholder property of unknown origin) 4) or liver transplantation (cirrhosis, liver failure, hepatocellular carcinoma)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1) the combination of HIV and HCV patients 2) complicated with autoimmune diseases
