Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Female patients aged 20-45 years old; ?Patients accepting assisted reproductive technology in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technology; ? Infertility patients who meet the criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome or endometriosis or are solely male factors; ? Volunteers to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with congenital gonadal hypoplasia, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction; ? Individuals with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, lung, and hematopoietic systems, as well as psychiatric patients; ? One or both of the couple with chromosomal abnormalities.
