Interventions

KCT-ERAS group:Patients in the KCT-ERAS group will receive a series of nursing interventions including preoperative nursing (environment setting, health education and psychological counseling, shared
Intraoperative temperature and fluid management
Postoperative care (early mobility and eating, pain management, nasal specialist nursing).
Control group:The control group will receive routine nursing interventions.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years old; 2. Patients who meet the definition of nasal deformity accompanied by Nasal septum deviation disease in the clinical practice guide for nasal deformity surgery to improve nasal cavity morphology and function issued by the American Society of Head and Neck Surgery; 3. Be informed of the research, voluntarily participate in the research, and sign an informed consent form; 4. No coagulation dysfunction; 5. Able to communicate normally and have no mental disorders;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of previous nasal deformities surgery; 2. Patients with systemic diseases such as hypertension; 3. Individuals with mental or cognitive impairments; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Elderly patients.
