65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 60 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II or III; 3. Scheduled to undergo elective non-cardiac surgery lasting 1 hour or longer under general anesthesia, Including thoracic surgery, gastrointestinal, urinary, hepatobiliary, orthopedic, gynecological, and vascular surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hearing or communication difficulties, psychosis, refusal to participate, unplanned transfer to the intensive care unit (ICU), and required mechanical ventilation after surgery were excluded.
