Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Pregnant women diagnosed with GDM; ?Be at least 18 years old; ?24-28 weeks of pregnancy; ?Possess a smartphone, be able to use applications such as WeChat without any obstacles and fill in information independently; ?Voluntary participation in this study with informed consent and willingness to adhere to regular outpatient maternity check-ups as well as online and offline follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Diabetes mellitus, history of cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc. before pregnancy; ?History of dairy or nut allergy; ?A history of serious mental illness; ?Visual impairment, comprehension impairment; ?Have other medical and surgical comorbidities (e.g., heart disease, restrictive lung disease, hepatitis, preeclampsia, etc.); ?Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
