Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnostic criteria for pulmonary sarcoidosis: according to the 2019 Chinese expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary sarcoidosis and the 2020 American Thoracic Association's clinical practice guide for diagnosis and discovery of sarcoidosis, diagnostic criteria for pulmonary sarcoidosis are formulated as follows: (1) relevant clinical and/or imaging characteristics of sarcoidosis; (2) At least one biopsy of the affected site showed non necrotizing granulomatous inflammation; (3) Granulomatous diseases caused by other reasons are excluded. 2 Diagnostic criteria for mediastinal lymph node tuberculosis: according to the 2017 China tuberculosis Classification and tuberculosis Diagnosis health industry standards, the diagnostic criteria for mediastinal lymph node tuberculosis are formulated: (1) with or without tuberculosis related clinical manifestations; (2) Pathological examination of mediastinal lymph node biopsy revealed necrotizing granulomatous inflammation, and lymph node tissue was positive for etiology (acid fast staining, culture or TB-DNA); (3) Granulomatous diseases caused by other reasons are excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete information of important medical records; Complicated with mediastinal (metastatic) tumors, other interstitial lung diseases, and pneumoconiosis; Patients with recurrent mediastinal lymph node tuberculosis.
