Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with astigmatism-correcting IOLs implanted in our hospital within 5 years were screened, and their name, gender, age, corneal astigmatism pattern (with-the-rule, against-the-rule and oblique axes), anterior corneal surface astigmatism and axis, posterior corneal surface astigmatism and axis, and total corneal astigmatism and axis were recorded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbidities of ocular diseases that severely affect vision, such as macular degeneration, retinal diseases, glaucoma, keratitis, etc. Intraoperative comorbidities such as rupture of the posterior capsule and dislocation of the suspensory ligament.
