Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years old; (2) Elective surgery, estimated operation time =2 hours; (3) The patient has no severe hearing and visual impairment and can read. (4) Hospital stay =3 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Terminal disease with serious cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, kidney or central nervous system disease and life expectancy of less than 6 months (metastatic cancer, multiple organ failure or receiving chemotherapy); (2) MOCA score is less than 21 points; (3) Have a history of cognitive impairment, dementia or mental illness, such as severe depression, severe anxiety, autism, schizophrenia, etc.; (4) Current use of sedatives, antidepressants, or corticosteroids; (5) Alcoholism and drug dependence; (6) Have participated in similar research; (7) Difficult follow-up or poor compliance; (8) Uncontrolled hypertension (over 180/100 mmHg); (9) History of general anesthesia or cerebrovascular accident within 6 months; (10) Reoperation within 30 days.
