Experimental group:0.2mg/kg esketamine load and intraoperative to0.2mg/kg/h intravenously pumped
Blank control group:The blank control group was treated with an equal amount of physiological saline, and the pump was stopped 30 minutes before the end of the surgery, and sufentanil was administered

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA1-2 (2) Age 18-65 (3) Elective gynecological surgery in Shengjing Hospital (4)BMI: 18-30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to participate in the trial or use an intravenous pain relief pump (2) multiple primary malignancies(3) High blood pressure grade 3 and above (4) current and long-term use of opioids, psychotropic drugs, hormones, or non-drugsSteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (5) have a history of chronic pain, epilepsy, schizophrenia, dementia (6) can not usePatient-controlled intravenous analgesia pump (7) Preoperative sleep disturbance or cognitive impairment
