Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Elective laparoscopic radical rectal cancer surgery; ?ASA: II-III; ?Age =65 years; ?18<BMI<35kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? chest deformity, pneumothorax, massive pleural effusion; ? acute lung infection, COPD, asthma; ? severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
