20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? Single pregnancy; (3) No mental or cognitive dysfunction, able to communicate effectively with researchers, skilled use of wechat and other programs; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of pelvic floor dysfunction; ? History of huge pelvic mass; ? Have a history of abdominal and vaginal surgery; (4) Perineal injury involving anal sphincter or intestinal wall; ? Have a history of psychological and mental illness.
