Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patients who came to Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were of all genders, aged 20-80 years, and had no obvious abnormality in cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney function; ? Non-specific low back pain was clinically diagnosed; ? Organic lesions of lumbar spine were excluded by imaging examination; ? no drugs related to the disease have been used within 2 weeks, and no relevant treatment has been received; ? Informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Lumbar and back pain caused by other causes such as pelvic, gastrointestinal, urinary and other lesions; ? Confirmed acute spinal compression fracture, acute thoracolumbar disc herniation, spinal tumor, infection, tuberculosis and other complicated severe low back symptoms; ? The skin has infection or rupture leading to discomfort treatment; ? History of spinal surgery and trauma; ? Curvature of the spine caused by structural factors; ? Poor compliance, can not cooperate with rehabilitation intervention.
