18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?ASA grade ?-?; (2) Liver function child-pugh grade A; ? Body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m2 ? Age 18-80 years old; ? No history of mental illness, hearing impairment, language impairment; ? Can complete the score of the relevant scale, and voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? History of abdominal surgery, preoperative chemotherapy or immunosuppressive drug treatment ? The patient has a history of local anesthetics, opioid allergy, quasi-puncture site infection, and coagulation dysfunction; ? Serious damage of heart, lung, liver and kidney function; ? peripheral nervous system diseases; ? History of chronic pain or persistent analgesia before surgery.
