65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with gastrointestinal tumors (esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, colorectal cancer, rectal cancer) and undergoing elective radical surgery (2) Age= 60 years old, gender is not limited (3) The American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) defines stage I-III gastrointestinal tumors without metastases (4) No other tumors (5) Complete abdominal CT examination before surgery (6) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Phase I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of other cancers prior to the index date (2) Undergoing non-elective resection of gastrointestinal tumors (3) The pathological stage is unknown (4) The grade and differentiation of tumors are not clear (5) Missing abdominal CT images before surgery (6) Patients who received induction chemoradiotherapy before surgery (induction chemoradiotherapy was biased against surgical complications) (7) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) = stage IV
