18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients suspicious diagnosed as differentiated thyroid carcinoma by clinical and imaging examination; 2. Patients preparing for total thyroidectomy; 3. thyroid hormone replacement therapy was performed after surgery; 4. patients who have not received any immunotherapy; 5. without other malignant tumors or immune system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have received treatment; 2. patients who have received immunotherapy; 3. with immune system related diseases; 4. with tumors of other sites; 5. complicated with severe cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency.
