Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet a diagnostic criterion of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; (2) The main signs and symptoms were numbness and pain of spinal nerve roots; (3) The staging diagnosis of non-acute stage of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was in line with the national diagnosis and treatment plan and clinical pathway (2017 edition): one week after the onset of the disease, the neck was stiff, the neck, shoulder and back were sore and heavy, the cervical vertebra movement was limited, the numbness and pain of the affected limbs were tolerable, and the symptoms were aggravated after cold or fatigue; (4) Intervertebral foraminal compression test and/or brachial plexus test were positive; (5) The imaging findings were basically consistent with the clinical manifestations. (6) VAS score is greater than 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have received massage, acupuncture treatment or drug treatment in the past month; (2) Acute or chronic infection, trauma, fever or allergy in the previous 2 weeks; (3) Any other condition, including administration of anticoagulants, coagulopathy, active skin infection; (4) Serious primary diseases or infectious diseases, including kidney, heart, liver diseases, hematopoietic system diseases, endocrine system diseases, pregnancy, lactation, etc; (5) Severe mental disorders or mental conditions, related to dementia and severe neurosis, unable to communicate or take care of themselves; (6) Do not agree to sign the Informed Consent Form for this study.
