Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with T2DM who were hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of the Second People's Hospital of Foshan City, Guangdong Province from January 2024 to May 2024 were selected as the case sources. Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes was diagnosed according to the WHO diagnosis of T2DM in 2022, including comprehensive diagnosis of previous history, symptoms, signs, laboratory tests and imaging examinations; Age 18-60 years old; The disease course of T2DM ?1 year; 7.00 %=HbA1c=10.00 %; No regular exercise; Have good cognitive and communication skills, during the study period should strictly follow the doctor's advice to take hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering drugs or insulin injection, do not change; Participants have not received other research interventions; All participants gave informed consent, signed informed consent, and voluntarily participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with any contraindications to exercise, including patients with lower limb or knee surgery; Patients with acute diabetic complications, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar acidosis, lactic acidosis, etc. Patients who are currently in a state of hyperglycemia and have severe cardiac, liver, or renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, various acute and chronic infections, recent severe trauma, major surgery (within 6 months), and patients with implanted electronic devices (such as pacemakers); Gestational diabetes mellitus; Patients with diabetic foot ulcers; People with primary or secondary dementia.
