Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age > 18 years old, gender and race were not limited; (2) Acute pulmonary thromboembolism diagnosed according to the 2019 European Society of Cardiology guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pulmonary embolism ; (3)Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete information; (2) The image quality can not meet the diagnosis; (3) Severe pulmonary consolidation; A positive history of congestive heart failure and myocardial infarction indicated impaired cardiac reserve function. A positive history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, indicating impaired respiratory reserve function; (4) Other types of pulmonary embolism other than pulmonary thromboembolism, such as tumor embolism, amniotic fluid embolism, fat embolism and air embolism; (5) Participating in other drug clinical trials, or stopping time is less than 3 months; (6) Patients who cannot cooperate with the relevant examination of this project and do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
