Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The diagnosis of stroke was confirmed by cranial CT or MRI ? Follow the doctor's instructions for tracheotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?The patient had a lung infection before admission. ?There are serious complications, such as heart failure, malignancy, etc. ? Transfer or abandonment of treatment, resulting in the inability to collect data.
