Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for newborns: ? Newborns 48 hours after admission; Neonatal caregiver inclusion criteria: ? informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; ? primary caregiver has good communication skills and understanding; ? primary caregiver has no mental disorder and can cooperate with the smooth conduct of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neonatal exclusion criteria: (i) those with congenital gastrointestinal anomalies, including congenital megacolon, intestinal atresia and poor bowel rotation; (ii) those with an admission diagnosis of NEC (including suspected NEC). Neonatal caregiver exclusion criteria: ? Primary caregivers are not uniform.
