Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A total of 100 individuals aged 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-69 were included, divided into a healthy volunteer group and a hypertension group, with equal numbers of males and females in each group. The diagnostic criteria for hypertension refer to the 'Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension 2018'. 2. Patients who voluntarily signed an informed consent form and participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Atrial fibrillation or other arrhythmias that affect blood supply to extremities; 2. Shock caused by various causes; 3. Has Parkinson's disease or other involuntary movement disease; 4. Raynaud's syndrome or other diseases affecting blood flow at the extremities; 5. Subjects with missing middle fingers on both hands who cannot wear blood pressure monitoring; 6. Physical weakness, fracture, deformity due to various causes or other reasons that make the subject unable to sit or lie down for a long time; 7. Subjects with senile dementia, mental illness and other inability to communicate normally; 8. Subjects who refuse to sign informed consent and participate in the project.
