Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 64; 2. ASA classification I -II; 3.18kg /^2<=BMI<=30kg/^2; 4. Diagnosis of spinal diseases, including disc herniation, spinal stenosis, and space occupying lesions in the spinal canal, etc.; 5. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of delayed recovery after anesthesia or cognitive impairment; 2. Non-right-handed; 3. Have a history of contraindications to anesthesia and drug allergy; 4. Cervical tumor has caused paralysis; 5. Atypical cervical tumor; 6. Heart, liver, lung and renal insufficiency; 7. With MRI scanning contraindications; 8. Maternal or lactating women; 9. Refuse to participate in this researcher.
