Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 7-10 years; 2. 10°<=Cobb angle <=45° on full spine radiograph in the standing position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scoliosis due to neuromuscular diseases, congenital diseases, specific syndromes, etc.; 2. History of thoracic, abdominal, pelvic or spinal surgery; 3. Mental illness or rheumatic diseases; 4. Contraindications to exercise and unable to tolerate exercise therapy; 5. History of rehabilitation prior to initial diagnosis; 6. Lack of comprehension, refusal of treatment.
