Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of untreated adult patients with acute episode of allergic asthma (including mild, moderate and severe) and with asthma control level graded as "fully controlled" conforms to the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma (2020 Edition) and the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Allergic Asthma in China (First Edition, 2019), with appropriate reference to the Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) (2022 Edition). The healthy control group volunteers have no positive reactions to allergen skin prick tests, negative serum allergen specific antibodies, no special medical history of allergies, no abnormal findings in physical examinations, and no history of infection in the past 2 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria; ? Individuals who have been treated with medication for asthma, COPD, or immune diseases within one month due to other circumstances; ? Confirmed pregnancy, or suffering from serious diseases of important organs such as heart, liver, brain, lungs, kidneys, etc.; ? Acute infection within one week; ? Patients with chronic diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, and connective tissue disease; ? Those who do not cooperate or temporarily withdraw.
