18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.2-3 cm renal pelvis, renal calyces and partial staghorn calculus. 2. = 1.5 cm , with ESWL failure of inferior renal calyces calculus. 3. The patient agrees to be treated with PCNL or RIRS. 4. Patients with clear preoperative CTU, IVU or retrograde Ureteropyelogram

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to surgery. 2. Patients with anatomical abnormalities of the ureters and urethra. 3. Those who cannot lie prone due to severe spinal deformity. 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data collection 5. Pregnant patients.
