Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients diagnosed as essential hypertension or prehypertension, or with high blood pressure at the time of consultation (systolic blood pressure > 120mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 80mmHg). 2) Age = 18 years old. 3) patients and their families are willing to accept hypertension management and follow-up. 4) patients who are willing to learn and practice "blood pressure-regulating health exercise(Tiao Ya Bao Jian Cao)" on time. 5) the patients or their family members understood the content of the test and signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with secondary hypertension and hypertension emergency. 2) patients with unstable vital signs. 3) unable to complete "blood pressure-regulating health exercise(Tiao Ya Bao Jian Cao)" due to cognitive impairment and physical disability. 4) patients with neck deformity, history of neck trauma, history of cervical malignant tumor, enlargement of thyroid above II degree, skin abnormality at the operating site. 5) patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy.
