Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for anal fistula in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Anorectal Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine published by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012; ? Gender is not limited, and the age is between 18 and 65 years old; ? No history of anal fistula or other anal surgery, and the appearance of the anus and the structure and function of the anal canal and rectum were intact; ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent, and follow the doctor's advice, adhere to daily dressing change after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Complicated with tumor, tuberculosis, diabetes, malnutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, syphilis, AIDS and other diseases affecting wound growth or healing; ? Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, blood system and other serious diseases; ? Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation; ? Allergic to the use of this drug; Use of other drugs that may affect the results of the study; ? are participating in multiple research topics and do not want to join this study; ?Does not meet the inclusion criteria, can not judge the efficacy or incomplete data affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
