Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Serum anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) > 4.5 ng/ml; 2. Basal antral follicle count (AFC) > 15; 3. Age < 38 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hydrosalpinx; 2. Patients with endometriosis (EMs) or adenomyosis; 3. Patients with recurrent miscarriage or recurrent implantation failure; 4. Husbands need testicular sperm extraction (TESE).
