40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Smoking patients aged 40-75 years old; 2. ASAI-II level; 3. Imaging shows a single nodule or mass in one lung lobe; 4. Thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of alcoholism and opioid abuse and allergy; 2. Refuse participants; 3. Have used or are using nicotine replacement therapy and other smoking cessation interventions; 4, emergency surgery; 5. Sinus bradycardia.
