Hydroxycodone group:PCIA: 0.5mg/kg+ 100ml,: 1ml/h,2ml,15min,1 16ml PCIA pump formula: 0.5mg/kg hydroxycodone hydrochloride+100ml sodium chloride injection, parameter setting: infusion rate 1ml/h, sin
Sufentanil group: Sufentanil 2 µ G/kg+sodium chloride injection to 100ml, parameter settings: infusion rate 1ml/h, single dose 2ml, locking time 5min, 1-hour limit of 16ml.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-II, age = 75 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, lung, liver or kidney diseases, hypersensitivity to oxycodone, addiction or abuse of opioid drugs, and dizziness are excluded;
