Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. Colorectal cancer was confirmed by pathological examination and enterostomy was performed for the first time. 3. Primary school education or above, with normal learning and communication skills, able to use smart devices such as mobile phones and computers; 4. Self-care in daily life, without limb function and visual impairment; 5. The disease is stable, and the expected survival time is =6 months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organ diseases; 2. Patients with previous dizziness, vestibular disease or cybersickness; 3. Patients with central and peripheral nerve damage; 4. Patients with eye diseases, such as cataract, glaucoma, etc. 5. Patients with serious mental or psychological illness;
