Age
20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 20 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Confirmed by histopathology as rectal adenocarcinoma; 3) The distance from the anal margin is 0-7cm; 4) Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound colonoscopy, computed tomography (CT), and other examinations did not detect distant metastasis, and the staging was T1-3N0M0; 5) Able to tolerate surgical treatment under general anesthesia, with ASA grading of I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of other abdominal surgeries; 2) Recurrent rectal cancer patients; 3) T4 tumor or MRI showing positive CRM; 4) Invasion of the anal margin and other clear indications require combined abdominal and perineal resection (Miles); 5) Those who cannot adhere to follow-up or have poor compliance
