Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases were eligible for PCR confirmed laryngeal herpes zoster infection, and all enrolled patients signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with herpes zoster infection from other parts of the body. 2.Patients with similar symptoms and signs but no confirmed diagnosis herpes zoster by PCR. 3. Patients with poor compliance.
