18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria related to cerebrovascular disease, confirmed by CT and MRI; 2. First stroke patients aged >= 18 years; 3. Acute stroke patients (<1 month from the occurrence of stroke);Patients with NIHSS score <= 15, able to answer or fill out the questionnaire correctly independently or with help 4. Patients or family members informed and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent stroke during the study; 2. Those with other serious illness or death complicated during the course; 3. Those with a history of psychiatric disorders or personality disorders.
