18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with limited-stage small cell lung cancer through cytopathology, histopathology, and imaging techniques; 2.Aged 18 years or older, open to all genders; 3.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 to 1; 4.Not received any anti-tumor therapy; 5.Has at least one measurable lesion according to the RECIST 1.1 criteria (according to the RECIST 1.1 criteria, the tumor lesion has a long diameter of =10mm on a CT scan, and the lymph node lesion has a short diameter of =15mm on a CT scan); 6.The life expectancy was =6 months; 7.Normal function of major organs, suitable for receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy; 8.Voluntary participation in this study, has signed an informed consent form, exhibits good compliance, and is able to cooperate with follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Patients currently involved in other clinical trials, or who have participated in one within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 3.Patient with a history of other malignant tumors within the past 5 years or at the same time, except cured cervical carcinoma in situ, non-melanoma skin cancer, and superficial bladder tumors. 4.Having a history of immunodeficiency, suffering from other inherited or developed immunodeficiency diseases, or having undergone organ transplantation; 5.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher; 6.Patients were diagnosed with mixed small cell lung cancer through histopathology.
