Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) After 2-4 weeks of surgery, and had completed 1 week of routine rehabilitation training in our department; 2) elbow active flexion =100° or extension limitation =30°; 3) stable fracture ends with good alignment; 4) no nerve injury or other complications; 5) willing to cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe mental illness or other reasons were unable to cooperate or tolerate the trial; 2) congenital deformity or previous joint dysfunction of the affected limb; 3) inability to tolerate the study due to organic diseases; 4) participating in another clinical trial involving an investigational drug or physical therapy that may affect the study; 5) patients without written informed consent.
