Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, male or female; 2. Use manual brushing method independently and skillfully; 3. Turesky modified Quigley-Hein plaque index test showed a baseline plaque index score of > 1.5; 4. At least 20 gingival bleeding sites were identified at baseline; 5. At least 20 natural teeth (excluding crown restorations); 6. Subject informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with systemic diseases; 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Smoker; 4. A history of systemic periodontal therapy for six months; 5. Patients wearing partial dentures; 6. Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment.
