Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient has teeth that cannot be preserved and needs to be extracted for delayed implant restoration. The extraction site should be preserved by site preservation surgery; (2) For patients with missing posterior teeth and insufficient sinus crest distance who require maxillary sinus augmentation or external augmentation surgery for implant repair, the sinus floor augmentation surgery area needs to be filled with bone filling materials; (3) Single anterior tooth missing, with vertical bone defects at the missing site requiring bone augmentation surgery; (4) Patients with multiple consecutive missing teeth and large horizontal and/or vertical bone defects that require bone augmentation surgery. (5) Age = 18 years old, regardless of gender; (6) Good oral hygiene conditions; (7) Do not smoke or consume less than 10 cigarettes per day, and do not drink excessively; (8) Good overall condition, assessed to be able to tolerate surgery; (9) Signed the Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Any systemic disease that may have surgical contraindication, such as uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, immunosuppression, coagulation dysfunction, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, alcohol or drug abuse, oral and/or intravenous bisphosphonates (2) Poor oral hygiene or inability to maintain oral hygiene according to medical advice (3) Smokers>10 cigarettes per day or alcoholics (4) Patients with active periodontitis who do not receive basic periodontal treatment (5) pregnant or lactating women (6) Patients who cannot tolerate implant surgery
