18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18–75 years of age; Meets Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation; Meets the typical symptoms of constipation with outlet obstructive constipation (OOC) (e.g., feeling of incomplete bowel movement, difficulty in defecation, sensation of anal swelling) and the results of defecography and anal manometry; Understand and complete relevant questionnaires; Follow the research protocol and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, proton pump inhibitors, or received fecal transplants in the last 2 months; Diagnosis of megacolon, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, etc; The history of pelvic surgery or colorectal resection; Pregnant women and patients with malignant tumors; Taking medications that may affect bowel movements (e.g., antidepressants, antispasmodics, and opioids, but not hypnotics).
