Ropivacaine:0.75% ropivacaine (Group R) epidurally for cesarean section
Mepivacaine:2% mepivacaine(Group M) epidurally for cesarean section
MR combination of mepivacaine and ropivacaine:2% mepivacaine + 0.75% ropivacaine (Group MR) (Volume 1:1) epidurally for cesarean secition

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 180 parturients underwent elective cesarean section in our hospital. ASA Grade II, 22-39 years old, single term pregnant woman, height 158-165cm, weight 58-84kg, no other systemic complications, subuterine transectomy operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include contraindications for intraspinal manipulation, failure of puncture or improper epidural catheter placement, and fetal abnormalities.

Postoperative rehabilitation indexith postoperative recovery, including exercise recovery, catheter removal, analgesic expenditure, incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions (hypotension, bradycardia, nausea and vomiting), duration of urinary retention, and duration of postoperative hospital stay.;
