Interventions
Observation Group:After anal fistula resection, the wound was smeared with Cayratia Japonica Gel.
Control group:After anal fistula resection, the wound was cleaned routinely.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of low anal fistula; 2. Patients who have not received surgical treatment, or who have undergone only incision and drainage at the initial stage of perianal abscess; 3. Patients with normal anal appearance and no perianal skin disorders such as eczema or neurodermatitis. 4. Aged 18-65 years, male,BMI:<24kg/m2 5. Patients with normal anal sphincter function; 6. Patients with Chinese reading ability and informed consent to the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other infectious diseases and associated enteritis (inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, radiation enteritis, tuberculous anal fistula, anal canal inflammation, etc.). 2. Comorbid diabetes mellitus, connective tissue diseases or related metabolic disorders with heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases and hemolytic diseases. 3. Patients with mental retardation or(and) mental disorders; 4. Patients participating in other clinical trial.
