Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? American College of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III ? Right clavicle fracture surgery ? Age 18-65 ? BMI: 18-26 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women, mentally ill patients or unable to cooperate with patients, ? The operation area is infected ? local anesthetic allergy (4) Patients with COPD and other respiratory diseases, blood coagulation dysfunction and other serious systemic diseases ? contralateral phrenic nerve paralysis
