Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 18 years old 2: Not taking medications or vitamins within a month 3: Mental status and communication skills were normal 4: Informed consent was obtained and participants voluntarily participated in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Smoking history, habitual alcohol consumption (>20g/ day) 2: Oral, endocrine, heart, kidney, and other diseases or other chronic diseases
